As part of the RQAT, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐈𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚 will take part in the assessment and evaluation of academic programs in Education, Music, and graduate programs, particularly in the areas of Educational Management and Development Education. His appointment, effective from May 25, 2026, to May 25, 2028, reflects his distinguished expertise, dedication to music education, and commitment to academic excellence. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐈𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚 is also recognized as one of the eleven (11) faculty members from Central Luzon State University deputized by CHEDRO III as RQAT members for 2026, a remarkable achievement that brings pride and honor to the University community. The Regional Quality Assessment Team serves as a pool of academic experts tasked to assist CHED in ensuring the quality of higher education programs. Through institutional evaluations, validation activities, and assessment visits, RQAT members help determine the compliance of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) with CHED Policies, Standards, and Guidelines, while providing technical recommendations in support of quality assurance and academic development.
