    Central Luzon State University (CLSU) proudly showcased its artistic excellence and literary prowess during the CAASUC III 2026 National Arts Month Celebration held on March 5, 2026 at Pampanga State Agricultural University. The event gathered talented student-artists from State Universities and Colleges across Region III to celebrate creativity, culture, and the arts through various competitions. Representing the University with pride, the CLSU delegates demonstrated remarkable talent and dedication, earning notable placements in several categories. In the Dagliang Talumpati competition, Reyniel O. Tomas secured 2nd Place, delivering a powerful and compelling speech that highlighted his eloquence and mastery of the Filipino language. He was coached by Junior M. Pacol, whose guidance helped refine the participant’s delivery and depth of content. CLSU also excelled in the Song Writing category, where Juhaina Mae Bautista earned 3rd Place for her creative composition. The piece was beautifully interpreted by Jyka Althea C. Page, bringing the song’s message and emotion to life. The team was coached by Alexander Louise F. Ibarra, who provided artistic direction throughout the preparation. Meanwhile, Julius Zesar B. Cunanan represented CLSU in the Oratorio competition and finished 5th Place, delivering a heartfelt performance that showcased his vocal strength and interpretative skills under the mentorship of Cynthia Lyn Curada. In the Extemporaneous Speech category, Vince Macadangdang also placed 5th, demonstrating his ability to think critically and articulate ideas with confidence on the spot. He was coached by Dr. Mark Anthony G. Moyano. The achievements of the CLSU delegates reflect the University’s strong commitment to nurturing artistic talent and promoting cultural expression among students. Guided by their dedicated coaches and supported by the Cultural Affairs Office, the participants exemplified creativity, discipline, and excellence in representing the University.
